With more than 30 years combined experience working with schools and not-for-profit agencies in the fields of law, education and social services, Lisa Cook Bayer and Heidi Rinsky Schnapp formed Life Management Resources* in 2006.
With all the years of non-profit experience we are often asked why we did not form a 501(c)3 instead of an LLC. Simply put, "not-for-profit" is a tax status and we did not feel that the trade off (increased responsibilities and obligations coupled with a lack of direct control) was the vision we had for Life Management Resources.
Our clients enjoy professionalism, integrity and confidentiality when we work together. When you hire LMR we work for you and your family. We do not accept incentives or remuneration from any facility, advisor or agency. We are also not limited by the guidelines of grant funding which allows us certain creative opportunities and freedoms that a not-for-profit is not able to offer.
