If, after speaking, we feel your needs meet the services we offer we invite you to schedule an on-site assessment. The on-site assessment typically takes from 1 to 1 1/2 hours and takes place at the client's home.
Within a week of the on-site assessment you can expect to receive our "Plan of Action." The Plan of Action reviews the information we gathered from the assessment and offers practical recommendations and suggestions for relieving caregiver stress while at the same time offering the client the opportunity to live as independently and safely as possible.
